Capital Aviation, Inc. was founded in 1993 to provide top quality paint and interior refurbishment service to owners of corporate aircraft at prices substantially below factory service centers and new aircraft completion centers.

Our team of experienced craftsmen have learned to work together to produce a quality product, on a schedule. Capital Aviation is small enough to make decisions quickly, yet large enough to handle large aircraft refurbishment projects in stride.

Company facilities on the Wiley Post airport include a 10,000 sq. ft. paint hangar with 28 ft. high door, a 10,000 sq. ft. work hangar adjacent to the paint hangar, and a 24,000 sq. ft. interior work hangar with 16,000 sq. ft. of adjacent shop area, a 14,400 sq. ft. interior hangar with 28 ft. high door and 5,000 sq. ft. of adjacent office space, providing space to have 6 to 8 aircraft in work. Gulfstream models can be accommodated in both 10,000 sq. ft. paint hangars and the 14,400 sq. ft. interior hangar.

Capital Aviation, Inc. has completed refurbishment and modifications projects on over 500 corporate jet of most makes and models.

Capital has it's own cabinet shop to relaminate or reveneer existing cabinets and engineering capability to design and certify new cabinetry. The cabinet shop is experienced in composite panel construction methods. High gloss polyurethane finishes are applied in a dedicated finish area adjacent to the cabinet shop.

Capital has it's own electrical shop to install the latest sound and video system equipment, Airshow, microwave ovens, new lighting systems,  new switch panels, telephone systems, and power outlets for PC users.

Typical down time is 5 to 6 weeks for paint and interior refurbishment. Aircraft maintenance for most makes and models is available on Wiley Post airport.
