A veteran aviation industry enthusiast with major successes throughout his career. Bill ensures the customer receives top value, top quality and enjoys their Capital Aviation experience. Bill maintains his pilot ratings and understands what is important in the cockpit as well as the cabin.

Scot Webber
Executive Vice President


Scot has over 26 years experience in the aircraft field, holding a commercial pilot rating and a current IA mechanic certificate. Scot manages the daily business operations. Producing high quality aircraft refurbishment and maintaining aircraft delivery schedules are Scot's focus for creating repeat customers.


Larry Price
Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Larry is a 26 year aviation veteran, with over 19 years of experience in corporate aircraft completion and refurbishment. He speaks all aircraft types and systems. Larry handles the sales and project management duties for each of our valued customers.

Mike Pruitt
General Manager 

Mike has over 26 years experience of aircraft maintenance and refurbishment experience. Mike is actively involved in each aircraft refurbishment project, leading the modification efforts within each shop and ensuring the quality results that our customers deserve.

Tracy Lewis
Design Director


With a Masters Degree in Interior Design, Tracy is a master of interior material selection, blending materials to achieve the desired look while meeting FAA requirements. From side wall materials to custom carpets, Tracy can tie it all together - Elegance, Durability and Functionality.

Don Thompson
Paint Manager

Don is a master of the fine art of aircraft paint. Don is very detail oriented and personally inspects your aircaft prior to delivery. With over 26 years of experience, Don is skilled at making your aircraft remain beautiful for years after painting while protecting the airframe from corrosion.

Mike Roper
Chief Inspector

Mike has over 37 years of experience inspecting and maintaining all types of turbine engine aircraft. He makes sure the each job adheres to the strict FAA guidelines and that the final paper work required for the refurbishment reflect the same.

James Laurick
Maintenance / Sheetmetal Manager

James has been with us since the beginning. He oversees and coordinates all the specialty maintenance mods that are sometimes required for your aircraft's refurbishment, from flight control balancing to adding antennas or new floor track for more seating capacity. Whatever the job may require, James is the right person with the knowledge and experience.

Carón Casteel
Avionics Manager

Carón is a 26 year aviation veteran. He comes to Capital Aviation via Cessna Aircraft where he managed the Citation X & CJ flightline avionics and he has also managed all types of modification programs for Duncan Aviation, Executive Aircraft, and Northeast Airmotive. Carón has supervised and installed all types and brands of avionics packages from Collins through Universal, including full avionics system replacement.
